TRANSPORTES DE PRODUTOS AGRÍCOLAS: SOBRE A QUESTÃO DAS PERDAS

Resumo
É observado neste estudo que as perdas no transporte estão intimamente ligadas a três fatores básicos: modalidade de transporte utilizada; carência de equipamento especializado de transporte; utilização de embalagens inapropriadas. A combinação desses fatores implica diferentes custos operacionais de transporte e, eventualmente, diferentes índices de perdas.
