Call for Thematic Dossier 2026 - RESR

The Revista de Economia e Sociologia Rural (RESR), in partnership with the Secretaria Nacional de Segurança Alimentar e Nutricional do  Ministério do Desenvolvimento e Assistência Social, Família e Combate à Fome (MDS), invites researchers to submit articles for the 2026 dossier:

"The Role of the State in Building Sustainable, Healthy, Just and Inclusive Food Systems: Evidence and Pathways for Public Action."

This special issue aims to bring together theoretical reflections, analyses, and evaluations of public policies-both in Brazil and in other countries-that contribute to the development of sustainable food systems, with a focus on food and nutrition security.

- Submission deadline: May 31, 2026
- Accepted languages: Portuguese, Spanish, and English
- Fee waiver: submission and publication fees are waived for approved dossier articles

📌 Important: At the time of submission, authors must upload a supplementary file (submission identification letter for the dossier) stating that the manuscript is intended for this call.
